Scaamrmpoennter
Has a nice ring to it don’t you think?
Intresting reading from #p2p-hackers on hacktivismo’s 6to4. The summary is Arma, of mixmixion and onion routing, fame thinks it won’t work.
SPCS’s internet service is down, yet again. It was down most of last week as well. But here’s the dumb thing. The internet is not down, I know, I just connected via ppp and ssh’ed home, but it’s their damn proxy servers. And the really dumb thing is I can’t set up my own proxy server, because I can’t configure the phone to use any other.
Grr…
I’m 45 pages into Vernor Vinge’s A Deepness in the Sky. I was told it was good by zooko and I could have guessed as much by the fact that Tim May, cypherpunk ringleader, is in the acknowlegments for the book. But damn, this is good.
